Celebrating our 11th year in business.
Around this time last year, the 1st July 2019 to be exact, the Involve HR celebrated 10 years in business. It is safe to say that the last 12-months have been adventurous, exciting, and challenging.
Our founders Emma Barker and Gillian Tierney both took some time to reflect on the team’s achievements as the business steps into its’ 11th year!
New team!
“We have been extremely lucky to add two amazing members to our team with Tamar Minty and Robyn Scott joining in June and August 2019. They have both brought a wealth of skills, experience, and personalities all of which have been fantastic editions to our growing company.”
Growing business!
“Extending our core team provided the opportunity to use our time in different ways to focus on growth and further developing our business. These new approaches and priorities have been like a breath of fresh air to Involve HR and we have thoroughly enjoyed the changes.”
New Clients!
“We have secured a number of long-term contracts with some great new clients who we are very much enjoying working with and adding value to their business through our pragmatic HR services.”
Charity!
“We engaged in a number of charity and community events throughout last year which causes close to all of our hearts. Sadly, due to the global pandemic and lockdown, we haven’t been able to carry out all of our planned 10–year anniversary commitments but we remain hopefully and positive that we can pick these up over the foreseeable months”.
New way of working!

Still connecting!
“Although the Involve HR team are physically apart, we have remained as connected as possible. This included having a great laugh socialising together via video conference on a Saturday night – all the chat and good fun without the hassle of having to get yourself home safely at the end of the night!”
All in all, it’s been a crazy but successful time for Involve HR, and we are very much looking forward to continuing on our growth journey and marking 12 years in business next year.
