New Role: HSEQ Advisor

Quensh Specialists are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their team. This role focuses on providing support to client offices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining HSEQ requirements, managing internal and external audits, and tracking performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an advisory HSEQ role, have previously interacted with diverse stakeholders, and possess relevant certifications such as IRCA Lead Auditor. Proficiency in system implementation, training (IOSH, NEBOSH), and knowledge of UK HS&E legislation is crucial. The role involves a wide range of duties, including audit preparation, risk control system establishment, workforce engagement, incident investigations, and maintaining management systems. Collaboration with clients, statutory bodies, and contributing to continuous improvement are key aspects.

Job Type – Permanent

Location – Varies depending on client needs – travel required within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire

Hours – 40 hours per week
