Virtual HR - Day-to-day

We will act as your virtual HR department offering professional HR advice on a wide range of issues. Just pick up the phone when you need us and we will be an extra pair of hands providing operational advice and support to managers on any HR issue such as absence management, discipline and grievance, managing exits, contractual issues, policy implementation and performance management either over the phone, by email or face to face. Our advice is supported by relevant employment law updates, guidelines, flowcharts and letters where appropriate.


Virtual HR - On-site assistance

We can also carry out any of the above activities at your place of work on a regular basis to suit your needs. This allows us to manage your HR workload efficiently, get to know the operational needs of your business and become part of your team.


We can be flexible with the services we provide and offer a mix and match option for Virtual HR day to day and onsite assistance. We offer these services on a retained basis, where you pay a fixed monthly fee for a set amount of hours per annum to cover your specific HR needs.


Starter Package

For SME's or new companies we offer a starter package for a competitive one off fee which includes:


•   An initial meeting to discuss your requirements and any general employment queries you might have

•   A contract of employment

•   A standard letter of appointment and appropriate forms for new employees

•   Disciplinary policy and procedure

•   Grievance policy and procedure

•   Health and safety statement


HR Audit

Involve HR will review and update all your existing policies, procedures and current practices to ensure they are in line with legislation, best practice and your company's culture. Where you don't have any we will develop a comprehensive A-Z set of policies and procedures designed to suit your business needs.


The HR Audit can also be used to evaluate business practices and processes such as communication, planning, training and personal development with a view to recommending any improvements.


Project Work and Strategic HR

Our dedicated and professional team can offer an efficient and cost effective service by undertaking strategic HR project related work for you, for example:


•   Change Management Strategy

•   Restructuring and reorganisation e.g. redundancy and TUPE

•   Appraisal scheme development and implementation

•   "Fit for purpose" employee handbooks encompassing all relevant policies and procedures in line with up to date employment law and best

practice

•   Training and development activities e.g. competency frameworks, career and succession planning

•   Establish foundations of HR department such as setting up necessary HR processes and practices


We will provide you with a fixed fee quote for any HR Audit or project work to be undertaken - so you know exactly what you are paying for with no hidden extras.


In addition we offer ad-hoc work, carried out as and when you need it, at a competitive rate per hour and invoiced on a monthly basis to help you manage your costs.
